By accessing or using Nsolexus.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

  1. Eligibility and Sales Territory

We currently sell and ship only within the United States. We do not sell or ship to other countries or regions.

Our website is not age-restricted. However, if you are under 13, please use the website with a parent or guardian.

  1. Products

We sell intimate apparel and accessories, including breast petals, nipple covers, padded pantyhose, tights, seamless bras, push-up bras, and related products.

Product descriptions, images, and colors are provided as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary depending on your device, lighting, and display settings. Fit, comfort, and appearance may vary by individual body shape, skin type, and usage.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Pricing or description errors.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • Shipping restrictions.

  • Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

  1. Shipping

We ship only within the United States.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after order processing. In most cases, delivery is completed in about 3 business days.

Most areas qualify for free shipping. Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may be charged a shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times may be longer during holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unopened, unused, unworn, with original tags and original packaging.

Opened intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged, except for quality issues, defective items, or wrong items.

  • Non-quality-related return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

  • Quality-related return shipping costs are paid by us.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Non-quality-related exchanges are not supported.

  1. Intimate Apparel Hygiene

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, breast petals, nipple covers, underwear, bras, pantyhose, tights, and similar intimate items cannot be returned once opened, worn, tried on, washed, or altered, except where defective or incorrectly sent.

We must ensure that every product delivered to our customers is brand new, clean, and in independent packaging.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on Nsolexus.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, product photos, page design, and code, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
