  1. Shipping Territory

We currently sell and ship only within the United States. We do not sell or ship to other countries or regions.

  1. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

  1. Order Processing Time

  • After payment, we usually confirm the order within 1 business day.

  • After order confirmation, the warehouse usually completes packing and dispatches the order within 3 business days.

  • Order processing time and shipping time are calculated separately.

  • Processing time may be longer on weekends, holidays, during peak periods, or due to force majeure.

  • We only commit to processing times that our warehouse can actually meet. We do not promise a combined total delivery time.

  1. Shipping Time

  • After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3–5 business days.
